As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

There is parking for 4 vehicles in the single lane driveway. We recommend you carpool to bring the minimum number of vehicles possible.

Parking extra vehicles at nearby parking lots are an option (all within a minute drive from the house). NO parking on the grass, streets, or sidewalks.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it. Any fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

*For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.

*Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, beach towels & beach toys.

THE HOME:
Upon entering the home, the open floor plan offers a spacious living room with a Smart RokuTV, dining room and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and large pantry. The first bedroom is just off the downstairs living room, and features a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination just next door.

Up the stairs, the second (primary) bedroom is just straight ahead. It features a king bed and private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. The third bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed. Just across the hall is a full bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) and can serve guests of this room. Head down the hall to find the fourth bedroom ideal for younger guests with a twin/twin bunk and a double/double bunk (with twin trundle). There is also a full bathroom with shower. Take a right to find the fifth bedroom suite, complete with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Just past the bunk area, the sixth bedroom suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The 3rd floor game room features a foosball table, arcade, a mini fridge, Smart TV with Roku, boardgames and a large rooftop deck with gorgeous views.
