Tervetuloa "Best Nest" "... moitteettomasti ylläpidettyyn kolmen makuuhuoneen rantamökkiin alle yhden korttelin upeaan valkoiseen hiekkarantaan! Tämä suloinen mökki, joka sijaitsee askeleen päässä uima-altaalta, lepää suositussa Crystal Beach -yhteisössä Destinissa, Floridassa. Upea perheen naapurustossa täydellinen rentouttavalle lomalle perheen ja ystävien kanssa! "Best Nest" on kätevä lukemattomille kaupoille, ravintoloille, ulkoilukauppaan, vesipuisto, maailmanluokan golfkentät, minigolf, pelihallit, ostoskärryt, keilaradat, kokonaiset ruuat, tuoremarkkinat, Publix, WalMart, Silver Sands Outlet Mall ja IMAX-elokuvateatteri, venesatama ja HarborWalk Village.

"Best Nest" on upea asettelu, jossa kaksi alakerran king-makuuhuonetta, molemmilla on oma kylpyhuone. Kolmas bedoom sijaitsee yläkentällä. Siinä on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja siellä on iso leikkialue, jossa televisio ja pelejä perheelle. Kaikissa bedromissa on taulutelevisio.

Olohuoneessa on ihana, runsaasti mukavia istuimia ja suuri taulutelevisio. Siellä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, ruokailutila ja aamiaisbaari. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset tehdäksesi herkullisia illallisia kotona. Siellä on täysi pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

On viehättävä esiportaan kanssa ajotieltä kadun ulkopuolella pysäköinti. Suurella takapihalla on ihana kansi, jossa on ruokapöytä, kaasugrilli ja paljon tilaa juoksemiseen.

Rentoudu uima-altaalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä tai kävele alas rannalle ja pulahtaa Persianlahdella. Hutchinson Street Beachin pääsy rannalle on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Siinä on katettu piknikpöytäpaviljonki, kylpyhuone, suihku ja rantapalvelu, joka on saatavana lisämaksusta. Nauti kävelystä, lenkkeilystä, luistelusta ja pyöräilystä viehättävällä alueella. Clipper Cove tunnetaan maalauksellisista valkoisista aitauksista ja pastellimökkeistä. Rentoudu kuistilla ja nauti rannan tuulet. Pyörät toimitetaan kohteliaisuuksillemme.

Autotalli on täysin muutettu uskottomaksi pelihuoneeksi, jossa on huippuluokan foosball-pöytä, pelipöytä, baari, jossa baaripaikat, valtava nahkasohva ja tuolit, seinälle asennettava iso televisio, ja siinä on jopa vaihtovirtayksikkö!

Most relaxed vacation spot I have been in years!

We absolutely loved this location! We were worried about not staying right on the beach, but this worked out so much better than expected. We rented bicycles and the short ride to the beach was great. There is plenty of space for our family to hang out especially in the yard. The community is adorable, and so quiet! I really hope to visit this location again. If we had to pick one downfall, it would be the public beach. You have to get up early to get a good spot due to the limited space for tents/sunshades. It does get pretty crowded. But, we are early risers so that wasn’t a iv deal for us.

Location

Best Nest has the perfect location for the beach - an easy walk to the public beach. It’s a quiet neighborhood with 2 community pools. The house was very clean. We did have trouble getting service for tv’s, but didn’t really need them. The ‘mancave’ was a fun atmosphere, but the air conditioning couldn’t keep up, so it was really too hot for the kids to use the room. Glad we stayed. The location was perfect.

Destin Getaway

This home was a perfect location for our party of two couples. The proximity to the beach and pool were exceptional! The house was very comfortable. We would like to make a few suggestions for your future guests. The only cleaning supplies provided were dishwasher soap, stove top cleaner and Palmolive dish liquid. A bottle of all purpose cleaner (fantastic, Meyers, 409) and a sponge would have been very helpful! We know you use a cleaning service, and the house was very clean when we arrived but it was difficult to keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean while we were there. Papergoods such as an extra roll of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels and napkins would have helped, as well. In all of the houses we have rented through VRBO, these supplies were provided, as well as salt, pepper, spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Just a gesture for guests arriving by plane. We did have a wonderful time!

The house was so cute and it accommodated all of our needs! The grown boys loved the dart board and the teen boys loved the tv/fooseball table. We all loved that it was just a rock skip from the beach!!

So great, we came back!

We came to this beautiful property last year for Spring Break. Loved how it fit perfectly for our family of four. As our teens have gotten a year older, the extra bedroom was perfect for privacy. Very close to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway spot

We brought our boys down for Labor Day weekend for one last hurrah before really digging into the school year. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bed, it was clean, neat, and the kitchen was fully stocked with any thing we would need as far as pots and pans, silverware, serving dishes, etc. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is adorable, and the neighbors we met were very friendly. My sons LOVED the “man cave“ and spent a lot of time out there playing foosball and watching TV away from us boring parents. my husband is a runner and the house is just half a block from a great Boulevard along the beach. Recent storms made the beach water gross and see weedy, but we had plenty to do in and around Destin. Highly recommend Miller Ale House – great staff and the food was always terrific.

Clean, everything you need, close to beach

The beach house was very clean. The set up of rooms was excellent. The grill worked great as well as all the other appliances. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet, but was filled with families. The pool was clean as well. The only negative was when the code for the pool didn’t work, we couldn’t reach the property team. We stood outside the pool w all of our items waiting for them to get back to us with a code that worked. Finally someone else came to the pool and let us in. The next day at noon I received a text. So that wasn’t very good. I’m glad it wasn’t to get into our beach house or an emergency. So overall, I would stay here again for sure. The Bird’s nest was cute and location was optimal.

The house was really great! We had 4 adults stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The location is amazing. Truly is one of the cutest neighborhoods and so close to the beach. My only complaint about the house was there were not enough supplies. Not even a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, zero extra blankets ( 1 very thin blanket on each bed), no leftovers from previous guests such as salt/pepper, coffee filters etc. We had to buy so much little stuff that is just going to be tossed by the management company. But overall… I would highly recommend this property!! Great stay

The property is well situated for access to the beach s as well as walking distance restaurants

The house had much of what one would need renting for a long period of time. While I enjoyed it’s many features, the code access to the door was pitiful. It not being correct. Our flight came in at midnight. Had my daughter not driven down an hour to assist us access, I would have been furious. No bands left for the pool and courts as promised. And please, we’re staying 3 weeks and not enough toilet paper for a week? At those rates that should have been there. The quality of bedding and pillows also was inadequate. No additional blankets.. thinnest of bedding. We had teenage kids come up on the porch 3 nights in a row that really was rather scary. They progressively became more brazen and on the third night hit the front door so hard I thought it would shatter. I waited on them on the 4th night with lights on and when he jumped up on the porch he said his friend needed a bandaid. No friend in sight and clearly he was surprised to be confronted. It stopped after that. And lastly, no beach towels. I wouldn’t dream of taking the home’s white towels to the beach.

Great Location and well kept property

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beach and pool were both convenient walks and the house had everything you could want. The property was well kept and the neighborhood nice and quiet. The pool was heated, and we met a lot of nice people there. The beach access was a couple minute walk straight down the sidewalk. Easy walk or drive to grocery and other shopping, but not in the middle of the commotion.

Excellent experience

Love the home! Clean, comfortable, and 3 minute walk to the beach. Destin shops are walkable from the house (Barnes and Nobles, Starbucks, etc.). Only minor complaint was that the code did not work when we arrived. We would definitely consider re-booking.

Location, location, location.

Overall this was a great property. Location was excellent. Close to beach, grocery, dining, fishing, everything. Outdoor shower needs a little fixing, but it worked (sprayed/leaked all over unless you hung a hand towel over the shower head connection.

Couldn't get in on the night of arrival....code didn't work so they had to reset. No chairs for the beach..... the two that were in the garage could not be sat in. Beach towels would also be nice. No salt & pepper or laundry detergent.
