Our condo sits literally ON the BEACH, our property has a water-front breathtaking panoramic view from our privately own balcony. The condo is also located in the heart of Destin, meaning everything is at your disposition when you need either shopping, grocery shopping, entertainment and of course restaurants and bars.
Atmosphere of our unit is relaxed, beach themed and modern. Just come down the elevator from the 4th floor and walk into the beach. No walking or driving distance, no street to cross either!

Our gorgeous, renovated and impeccably clean beach-front unit is the perfect retreat for a small group up to 5 adults or a family of 6. We promised you will be immerse in the ocean vibe that will make your vacation memorably amazing.

This condo was recently fully renovated by us and updating of condo furnishings are being done on an ongoing basis to keep it always beautiful and up to date.

Rest in the newly renovated master bedroom which offers a king size bed with a brand new 50” TV and a comfortable private bathroom.

Enjoy the comfortable twin size bunk beds which offer storage for clothes, can accommodate two more guests and, are conveniently located next to a second fully stocked bathroom.

The living room provides additional living space to feel relaxed with improvements such as the new swivel chairs.

The sofa also contains a very comfortable queen-size pull-out bed with extra thick mattress for additional guests.

The decor was carefully selected to make you feel the laid back beach living setting.

Once you go down the elevator or stairs you’ll find a universe of entertainment free of charge and a few convenient options when you need them.

Entertaining includes our 3 major pools, one o them is a zero entry pool, our two jacuzzis with one of them installed with handicap accessibility, several grills to your disposition to grill your catch of the day or simply simply from your favorite market, free covered and uncovered parking,

The resort offers COIN/APP OPERATED WASHER AND DRYER ON EACH FLOOR, our floor has washer and dryer a few steps from our door so it’s very conveniently located.
The resort also has a “make change”machine to get coins if you need them. The resort has also 2 outdoor and 1 indoor heated pool during the colder season.
The resort counts with a very replaced all the old equipment from the fitness center and installed new updated equipment. ,
