Tervetuloa Marley's Placeen, unelmiesi lomalle aurinkoiseen Destiniin, Floridaan. Tämä 1 makuuhuoneen yksikkö on hiljattain päivitetty ja siinä on uudet kalusteet kaikkialla. Se on yksi halutuimmista 1BR-yksiköistä kaikissa SPC: ssä. Laatoilla ja laminaateilla valmistetut puulattiat ja kauniisti uusittu kylpyamme, jossa on puutarha-amme, voivat nauttia Destinin elämäntyyliistä mukavasti ja ylellisesti. Tässä yksikössä on queen-size-vuode ja myös ulosvedettävä vuodesohva, johon mahtuu 4 henkilöä.

Sandpiper Cove Resort on ainutlaatuinen kohde Destin. 1100 ': n tarpeellisella rannalla pääsee nauttimaan upeasta smaragdivedestä ja sokerivalkoisesta hiekasta joutumatta taistelemaan väkijoukkoja julkisilla rannoilla. Ripusta varjossa Ricks SandTrap -rannalla sijaitsevassa baarissa ja nauti juomista ja ruuasta katsellessasi aaltojen kaatumista. Niille, jotka nauttivat satamasta, pääset Destinin satamaan suoraan kanavalta ja venesatamasta Sandpiperissä veneellä tai meloa. HarborWalk Village on vain muutaman pysäköintialueen päässä, joten voit olla siellä muutamassa minuutissa. Tai yksinkertaisesti aja satamataksilla Sandpiperin satamasta / venesatamasta ja jätä auto taakse, kun nautit yöelämästä satamassa!

Muista mennä lyhyen kävelymatkan tai nopean ajomatkan päässä Gulf Shore Drive -aseman päästä ja nauttia jonkin aikaa Norriego Pointissa. Se on salainen helmi Destinissä, josta monet eivät tiedä. Se tarjoaa eristäytyneitä laitureita, joissa on hiljainen vesi, joka on täydellinen snorklaukseen ja pienille lapsille. Tai voit pysäköidä rantatuolisi satamaan ja viettää päivän katsomassa Floridan suurinta kaupallista kalastuslaivastoa, joka tulee päivän saaliin mukana, kun aurinko alkaa laskea.

Great getaway!

Peaceful, quite and in the middle of everything!

This was my first time renting in Destin and we will be back soon for sure. Sand piper cove is a great place conveniently located in the middle of all the best activities and restaurants. The unit I rented was across the street from the beach but with the private parking and beach entrance it was never a hassle for the 3 minutes it took to get there. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

Anniversary Stay

The stay was great. Communication was great with the host. I had Access to a private beach very close in proximity. Close to food, shopping and entertainment. The condo had all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. The only two cons was there was no in house washer & dry but the condo location had community ones. I would have also liked a more pillow top cushion for the bed.

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove! The condo was decorated so cute and the mattress was comfy, even the pullout sofa! The pool is right our back. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise may be an issue. Other than that, it’s perfect!!

Great location/updated

We really enjoyed our stay at Marley’s Place. Chris was great to communicate with through the booking process and even when I accidentally couldn’t find the hair dryer offered to do a target pick up to get us one. The condo is conveniently located right next to the pool and just a 2-3 minute drive to the beach. Although we didn’t use the golf course this is another great feature. We absolutely loved dining at the Louisiana Lagniappe located on site. Excellent food overlooking the bay. We loved the convenience to shopping, restaurants, etc as well. The only recommendations I have are a noise machine as the bedroom does backup to the road (we luckily had one), extra towels, as well as a way to adjust the temperature. We got quite hot in the evenings. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Great stay at Marleys Place

Nicely renovated condo. Interior is just as pictures show. No detail is left out. The owners have thought of everything. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the dressers in the master closet to store our clothes. They also had a great beach cart and chairs available for us to use. The owners are super easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The grounds at SandPiper cove are beautiful with beautiful landscaping. Also, easy access to the beach. It was nice to have Rick’s for a quick snack/ lunch on the beach. We really enjoyed our time at Marley’s Place.

Nice condo but some road noise

We did like this property and likely would stay here again. Place seemed to have been recently redecorated as everything looks fresh and new. The owners were very responsive to all our questions about the property. They even had beach chairs available. The pool area is right off the deck. Our only dislike was the road noise, which we are not accustom too. If we stay here again, we will be prepared and likely if you live in the city, the noise likely would not bother you. Check-in was easy and the keyless entry, made going and coming so easy. Since we were on the back of the property, we drove to the beach; less than a 2 minute drive. We also like that the property is gated with a 24/7 guard.

Wonderful vacation rental!

We had an amazing time staying at Marleys Place. The condo is breathtaking with the updated decor and amenities. The pool was conveniently just a few steps away from the deck. The condo is located perfectly within Sandpiper Cove were it is easily accessible to get to and from. The owners were friendly and amazing to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Disappointed

Very nice location, very nice host. Unfortunately as soon as we walk through the doors, we found that the pillow on the couch was falling apart, the pull out bed in the living room, had stains on it when we pulled it out, floors were so dirty, we had to sweep, before we could put the baby down on the floor. Had the baby sleep on the floor, because we didn’t have faith the bed was clean. Imagine, vacation where you have to clean. In fairness, the host gave us a credit, for the inconvenience, but charge a cleaning fee. I can tell you the pictures & videos I have, prove that it wasn’t clean from the last guest. So what’s cleaning fee for? They did send some one out that to clean, but I wouldn’t call it clean. Definitely put me in a bad mood to start the vacation. Nice people, but very unaware of the cleanliness of the unit.

Great trip!

Very sweet little condo in Destin. Convenient and near everything. Easy to drive right across the street, park there, and walk a few feet to the beach. It made is super easy to hit the beach everyday. Safe and clean and perfect view of the pool. I’ll be back.

Place was cute but needs several updates. Listing was not correct

Outlets- anything you plugged in fell out. Had issues with my c-pap machine. Listing says queen bed. Was not a queen! It was a full and a very uncomfortable one at that. They thought putting a egg creat topper would help. Pool by room was down most of time. Was told after the fact that 75 was as cool as the room could get. Overpaid for what we got.
