The condo was very clean and the staff around the property were friendly and helpful. Our internet did not work. Without internet, the cable tv and tv apps also did not work. We did let the Vacasa people know about the internet and they said they would have it fixed but no one ever showed up. We were supposed to have 2 parking spaces. When we arrived, a car was parked in our space and it remained there for the entirety of our trip. Beach services were not included in our stay but should have been with the price we paid or at least info posted about purchasing beach services. This was our first visit to Destin so we were unaware of many things so we found out the hard way. Had we known, we would’ve booked everything we needed before we arrived.

The condo was really nice, everything was there dishes, towels, blankets. Pool access was really close, we did have to drive to the front to go to beach but it was so nice. But you cant take a canopy to beach, u need beach umbrellas or you can rent . Overall a wonderful experience. Access to all the stores.

Great location . Quiet and easy access to the beach . Overall condo was great . I would suggest making a couple of repairs and upgrades . Sofa couch was very uncomfortable. Shower door moldy , screen outdoor door broken. I would include beach towels in the condo

It’s been 5 days since we checked out of Sandpiper Cove, due to water main break, and no one has called to resolve my refund. You can tell what kind of business you are dealing with when something goes wrong

The outside area of ​​the property is very dark. We stayed on the second floor with a small child and a dangerous staircase. On the first day I twisted my ankle on the stairs and almost ended up in the hospital. Other than that it was amazing.

This property was loud at night, you could hear everything going on on the roads. The furniture was old and outdated whicker. Got woken up by the sound of landscapers at 7am and the kitchen was super outdated and small. I tried calling to extend my stay (before I saw the property) and never got ahold of anyone and they never responded to my email. I ended up booking another location for the duration of my vacation and upon seeing and staying one night was happy I booked another location.
