This townhouse rental’s first floor has two large queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. There’s added space with twin hall bunks…perfect for younger children. The first floor is rounded out with a wet bar and a refrigerator. The first floor living space is ideal for anyone who wants a little privacy on their beach getaway.

The second floor has an additional bedroom, which could be considered the master suite. The master has a king bed, upgraded with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a new walk-in shower and double vanity.

Meanwhile, the main living space has all new plush leather furnishings and a large TV, great for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island…perfect for light entertaining! Open the living room doors to the balcony for extra space and to let the salty scent of the gulf breeze roll in.
