Dont know about hotel. We had reservations for 7 nites. When we arrived they said our reservation had been cancelled by them because tgey over booked by 40 rooms. That is hard to believe. I think they cancelled because i booked througj 3rd party

The room was nice and quiet. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Was more of a design issue. The pool was filled with noisy kids the whole evening. It would have been nice to have an adults only pool time, maybe during the last hour.

First, I want to start by saying that the staff were very helpful and friendly upon arriving at the hotel. The issues were that the floor leading to the elevator was constantly wet, and the elevator. There weren't always wet signs visible. The bed had several visible stains, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep. The hotel was full, so a room change wasn't an option. I was expecting a higher standard when I chose this hotel. Very disappointed.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. I booked for a conference but did my plans through Expedia. I called the hotel personally to say that I WAS with the group and was told that they put people everywhere in the hotel, not grouped together. When I arrived, that wasn’t the case and they wouldn’t move me even though I was probably the first person to check in that day. As far as other Hamptons, this was on the low end. It was close to shopping though.
