This is a great place to stay, especially if you're there for a show at the Dillon Ampitheatre, which is right across the street. The lakefront rooms have gorgeous views! There's no a/c, but the area stays pretty cool most of the year. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Wonderful - and very walkable - location!

Great if you are attending a concert at the amphitheater- however if you are not you will still hear the music and be disturbed by concert goers returning Rooms were a little dated but you are paying for the location not the luxury Solid breakfast and the staff were very friendly

Comfortable Convenience

Lived in Colorado all my life, yet I'm still surprised when I get a hotel room in the mountains that only has heat, not A/C, in the room; it was a bit warm for sleeping, as a result. The convenience of this hotel is excellent - a short, easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater; there are restaurants within walking distance, too. We also appreciated the presence of a side table with two chairs, in addition to the desk and deck chair - very handy!
