Ok so do i have some words The last hotel I stayed in was horrifying! Not a best western but i definetly had reservations about whats hosted online versus what is real life(and im really self sufficent ) Last minute birthday spot so we cd play in Frisco for my sons birthday Not only was check in smooth as silk The front desk attendant (gorgeous) Super professional, Very informative, The rooms were spotless And warm and fresh The sounds and vibes were really cool and calm . Breakfast buffet hosted many options Fresh eggs The coffee was really good. And the staff was on it . We even got a very polite knock an hour before check-out as a reminder. Thankyou We look forward to comeing again Oh wait the hotub/sauna ! Clean private Fresh towels Im sure theyre are times where we have to share that space The hottub was Huge and deep and a welcome hot dip afyer a long drive day Thanks guys!!!

We arrived in the evening and the person doing the check in process was not pleasant. Because someone was asking about extending their stay the check in person took 15 plus minutes looking into this as I waited. The rest of my family was waiting for 15 mins in the car . She wasn’t pleasant at all during this process. Other than that the breakfast staff was super nice and the beds were amazing . The view was incredible.

Great hotel in the heart of Dillon

This is a great hotel in the heart of Dillon. Clean and friendly with a fantastic breakfast. We hear there may soon be a change - but hope it can delay for many more months!!

Ski Daze

Great location, close to the ski resorts, Lake Dillon, and bike path and a good value from Best Western as you would expect. The room was spacious and updated. The bed was so-so comfortable and the internet had a few issues. Other than that it was good and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

Overall a great stay, the neighbors kept closing a door that shook the walls and the cars right outside our door were loud every once in a while, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable and great for the price. They should also put a sign up to show where the jets are for the hot tub, but we figured that out eventually.

Times are changing and so is the customer services

It doesn’t cost extra but I miss friendly smiles. We stayed in BLDG 3 and had issues with card key and this was the case for many guests. They didn’t fix this problem right away and was very inconvenient for especially for those who are loading and unloading the luggages.

quick ski trip

Room was least expensive Friday night we could find in the area during ski season. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Hot tub was great and accommodated 2 groups with no crowding. Ski locker was too small for 4 sets of skis. Room was a bit noisy due to folks upstairs stomping around late at night.
