This holiday flat is located on the ground floor, is intended for up to 4 people and consists of a cosy living/dining room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two separate single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed if required, a bathroom and a private, covered, 16 m² terrace.
The terrace and one bedroom have a pleasant view and face the pool side of the house.
This holiday flat is equipped with two air conditioning units, one in the living/dining room and another in the master bedroom. The outside area of the house offers plenty of space. There are two parking spaces for each holiday flat and a parking space for trailers. However, the centrepiece of the property is the 28 m² swimming pool. It boasts excellent water quality thanks to the modern salt electrolysis cleaning system. Sun loungers and a large barbecue are available at the pool area. The location of the house is in the heart of the island of Krk, so everything is within easy reach. Various beaches, a sports field, the Biserujka stalactite cave, the popular healing mud bay in Cizici and numerous hiking trails can be reached in just a few minutes.
