Die Wohnung ist top ! 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Betten, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und praktikable, moderne Küche.Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Lage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß über eine der beiden nahe gelegenen Bücken in der Altstadt und kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. In der Nähe befinden sich des Weiteren Haltestellen der verschiedenen Straßenbahnlinien. Der Gastgeber ist zuverlässig, höflich und stets um Hilfestellung bemüht. Die detaillierten Eincheckdetails (Ort der Schlüsselübergabe etc.) erhält man am Vorabend (!) der Anreise. Für uns war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Christian.

Beste Ferienwohnung DD-Neustadt

Ideal für Dresden-Urlauber und Kurzbesuche, direkt und schnell im Zentrum, entweder über die Albertbrücke oder Augustusbrücke fußläuf erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und Top ausgestattet. Parkhaus (Karte ist im Preis drin), Rewe-Markt, DM, Bäcker, Restaurant, Straßenbahn-Haltestelle usw. alles um die Ecke. Christian ist Spitze u. unterstützt sofort, sollten Fragen aufkommen. Absolut u. rundum zu empfehlen. Unser nächster DD-Besuch wird wieder in der T5 FeWo stattfinden.

Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und super sauber. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch in den bequemen Betten gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Alt- und Neustadt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, selbst der Bahnhof (Dresden Neustadt). Für Gepäck gibts dort Schließfächer. Wir haben im Oswaldz richtig gut gefrühstückt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
