Wir haben die Schiffsherberge ausgesucht, weil wir uns ein einmaliges Erlebnis, Übernachten in einer Schiffskabine, erhofft hatten. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Die normalen Kajüten sind sehr klein. Ein Waschbecken ist im Zimmer. Heizung funktioniert. Insgesamt machten die Kajüten einen eher ungemütlichen Eindruck. Bequem sitzen konnte man eigentlich nur im Speiseraum. Kaffee oder Tee gab es für 1€, solange die Rezeption besetzt war. Zum Reisezeitpunkt waren viele Kinder und junge Leute an Bord. Das Feiern im Speiseraum auch nach 22 Uhr störte weniger, aber das hin und her gerenne von den Kindern mit lauten Rufen bis nach Mitternacht war sehr deutlich in der Kajüte zu vernehmen. Die Kajüte sind sehr hellhörig. Uns hat die Lautstärke und auch die Erschütterungen, wenn die Kinder liefen, sehr am Schlafen gehindert. Die sanitären Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen und eben gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Seife etc. Waren nicht aufgefüllt. Das Fazit: Es ist eher etwas für junge Leute, die höchstens zum schlafen her kommen! Richtig geärgert habe ich mich dann noch bei der Abreise, als wir auch noch für einen Parkplatz bezahlen mussten, der in der Beschreibung nicht kostenpflichtig dargestellt und auch nicht so gekennzeichnet war!

Mal was andets

Im gasamten ist es sehr schön, es wäre nur schön gewesen wenn man die Bettdecken nicht selbst beziehen muss. Ansonsten ist es sehr sporadisch ein gerichtet was aber die Atmosphäre auf so einem alten Schiff entschädigt. Es ist eine Perle und ich denke man könnte mehr machen um es noch mehr zu spüren. Viele schöne Plätze wo noch ein bisschen mehr liebe und vielleicht auch ein kleines bisschen Service zum Gast fehlt. Das ist das erstemal das ich eine Kritik äußere weil es eingentlich sehr schön und romantisch war und ich auch gerne wieder kommen möchte.

Zentral gelegen, außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Genial. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Das war mal was absolut außergewöhnliches. Gern wieder. Im Sommer bei warmen Wetter wahrscheinlich mega, weil wohl grillen auf dem Schiff angeboten wird. Zimmer ruhig. Parkplatz direkt davor. Keine 10 Gehminuten bis zu Bahnhof Neustadt.

Schönes Hotel, nettes Team, Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider etwas laut auf den Fluren, wenn jemand durchgehen wollte. Lage sehr zentral.
