Location: the hotel is absolutely not near the airport. The shuttle comes every hour! So after a long flight, if you miss it, then you have wait and thats annoying especially if you arrive on a late flight. We missed the shuttle by minutes so we took a taxi - it i was a $40 ride! The hotel is far away from everything, very inconvenient. Breakfast: OMG do not go after 9am. It was a zoo! And the staff could not keep up - couldn't replenish the food nor cutlery/cups and plates. And for the amount of guests, the breakfast area was wa Room was ok and front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. y too small. Very poorly designed.

The room was still not ready when we arrived at 11 pm, the desk was busy and took around 20- 30 mins to be seen by someone to check in (only had till 5am as this was a layover). The 24/7 ‘snack bar’ was not working. When me and my female friends went in the room a man was readying the sofa bed. This sofa bed felt like broken springs and a sheet thrown on top. We were tired and angry and had to all squeeze into the bed. Please don’t visit here.

Very expensive public off street parking. Check in was too timely we had to leave the desk for a while and come back later. The breakfast area was dirty. No quing for food too chaotic. No staff around to request a cutlery. Smoking area right at the entrance, makes you a second hand smoker by default. Unorganised staff.
