İt is a nice hotel and we enjoyed staying there. İt was however misleading that the airport Shuttle was only to Dubai airport whereas when booking I was looking for Hotels with free airport Shuttle regarding Sharjah airport where we would be landing. At the hotel web page it is not specified which airport the Shuttle serves.

The Hampton by Hilton Dubai airport hotel is in excellent condition! Hotel has lots of amenities at affordable prices! Huge pool , gym , restaurant, great breakfast options ! Staff members are very helpful and kind ! Came in early and front desk helped checked me in early no hassle ! Very productive and professional staff ! Hotel is close to airport and nearby restaurants! Hotel is far from central Dubai and burj khalifa! Other than that will definitely stay here again ! Rooms slept great beds very comfortable and room quiet ! Rooms offer excellent views ! Will definitely be back ! Love my stay ! Thank you for the wonderful experience

The hotel is located in a local neighborhood so you can get out and walk around. They have shuttle service and only 20-25 minutes to the airport. Check in was busy but fast.

The room AC wasn't that working much. The room is not prepared in advance. When we entered it smelled like paint or varnish. The staff did not show interest in attending our room request. It took literally 4 hours before they sent staff who assisted us to set up the sofa bed
