The building and apartment is not maintained. The sofa bed was dirty and didn't clean even after request. Only provided bed sheets to replace it. The bathrooms are awkward and hard to use. The laundry machine was broken but the cleaning staff was nice to pick up and drop off the laundry.

Great location and quiet!

Enjoyed our stay. Location can’t be beat. Steps away from the action but far enough to shelter from the noise. One thing to note is the apartment is up a few flights of stairs so if you have mobility issues this may be challenging for you. Jelena our host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Hvala!

There are 3 bedroom like areas and two washrooms, one is supersmall. It is 3 flights up. There is a restaurant below us and some construction. The person who met me was very kind and helpful. There were a couple of miscommunications with the person renting on non working washer but overall good.

Apartment Seagull is in a fantastic location and offers a very spacious apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay. The communication before our trip was excellent, with quick and helpful responses. However, during our stay, communication became more limited, which could have been better. Overall, it’s a great place, but improving responsiveness during the stay would make it even better.

The location was perfect. The place was perfect for our large family. Only difficulty was the many steps but that was expected. The views from our windows was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. The owner was very helpful getting us set up.

Fabulous Seagull Apt Dubrovnik

The seagull Apt was Fabulous for 3 adult friends each had a separate room and bed excellent location within the city walls everything outside your door step a few minutes walk . It was quiet location off the main busy Promenade tithe Apt was clean nice with kitchen 2 bathroom in a historic castle building so of course there is stairs you have to expect that and carry your own luggage . The hosts were great communication Bozo and Jelena emailed promptly with responses to my questions and arranged a private car transfer back to split very prompt professional We loved the stay at seagull Apt and the sea views out of our windows Thank you it was all wonderful !! Highly recommend Seagull Apt

Great stay in Apartment Seagull

The views of the city and city walls are wonderful, as was Jelena's communication and attentiveness to our needs. Maybe ask in advance for tips on how to roll luggage to the apartment without having to lug it up and down steps; there is a way. Although the steps were not yet renovated as of our stay, the apartment itself was clean.

The apartment was fantastic, in the palace walls near food and a short walk to the beach. The owner was helpful with setting up a driver and answered all questions. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. Great location, my kids loved this place too!!!
