Pros and cons

Great location right by the gate to old city Room was very small but clean. The bathroom smelled like sewage initially. The air conditioning did not work very well and the room was stuffy. No on-site staff, but they were very friendly when we did deal with them.

The hotel is right inside the Pile gate and down the first street (alley). It has been remodeled and is very modern. The staff was in touch with me before we left the US. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that there is no elevator. Lots of stairs to get to our 4th floor room. It was loud all night if we had the windows open. We had to close them to sleep.

This gorgeous hotel is ideally situated just inside the Pile Gate, tucked away in a quiet side street. The property has been modernised to a high standard and its immaculately clean.The staff are exceptional- nothing is too much trouble and tne breakfast options were varied and really tasty. The location cannot be beat. Property is nice. Stairs only. They use a lot of students to manage it which is great. We had a fire alarm incident when we were there which was unfortunate because the students were not capable of dealing with the situation appropriately. Outside of that, it is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Dubrovnik Disneyland. Lol for the side streets...

Cozy hotel in the old city core

Hotel is located in the old city core. Very easy to reach from the Pile Gate. Service was nice, staff very helpfull. This hotel offers great value.
