I loved the front patio area complete with garden and an olive tree. Wished that I had more free time to sit out there with a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very sweet and accommodating, although I initially had difficulty contacting her. That was due to problems with the Travelocity app, though, not her. I would point out that there are a lot of steps involved in getting to the location if mobility is a concern. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get softer towels (or maybe fabric softener?). They were as rough as sandpaper. Over all, I'd recommend, though.

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very fresh and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The front patio and yard is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The washing machine is a real plus. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes away which will quickly get you to the old town, the port, etc. The port is a very easy walk. The old town is also walkable but a bit longer.

Clean, beautiful garden and lovely host. 3 mins from bus stop (Leave the property entrance door, turn right till you reach bottom of stairs and then turn left and walk. You should see bus stop after walking 3ish minutes). It's about 25 min walk from old town. 20 mins walk to entrance of Mount Strd hike. Good property for late check in as it can be contactless.

It was within 20-25 minute walking distance to Old Town. There was a grocery store nearby. It’s was decently clean and great for a 4 night stay.

A perfect option for those who want to see Dubrovnik without overspending on accommodation. Very quiet and safe environment but with good access to the Old Town or Gruz Harbour by bus or on foot.

20 mins walk to bus station and port area. But a flight of stairs to reach to property from road level. Room is quite spacious with air conditioner and bathroom was new and clean. Good garden area to sit and relax.

This hotel seems to be run by a family, and they are really kind and nice. They advised me where I should go what I must eat. Hotel is clean and there are some supermarkets around the hotel.

Great stay at Guesthouse Anica

The hotel is very conveniently located walking distance to the old town. There is also parking available, which is very difficult to find at Dubrovnik. The host is very nice lady and makes sure that you have everything. I would totally recommend this place.

Fantastic!

Great guesthouse in a quiet location. We stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well equipped plus the owner was friendly and helpful. It is in easy walking distance of the old town and also the bus station. We would definitely recommend this guesthouse!

This was an amazing find, and a great experience. Anica has created a wonderful environment, and she's extremely welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect: far enough away from the busiest areas of Dubrovnik to be restful, but close enough that you're within easy walking distance to just about everything. Very safe establishment and area. Lovely, clean rooms with modern amenities, including kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioning. Wonderful value, and very highly recommended!

The Guesthouse is about 10 minutes walk from the bus station and the port, and about 15-20 minutes walk to the old town. the owner is very friendly.

Lovely Guesthouse

Clean, flat with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Room had double bed, table, two chairs, wardrobe, two powerpoints. My flat had fridge, kettle, toaster, cooker within the shared facilities and washing machine was in bathroom. Located 25 minutes from old town by walking. Please be advised Franco Prešerna is not a conventional street; it is a section of steps., probably not suitable for chair users or those with poor mobility on foot. Pleasant stay; would stay again

Clean and cosey

Warm and friendly welcome. Information on the area and local landmarks was provided on arrival. Accommodation and amenities were fantastic. Clean, spacious, secure and handy to old town Dubrovnik and transfer meeting points. Would highly recommend.
