Step outside to the balcony and take in the stunning views of Gruz Bay and port while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.The balcony is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Dubrovnik. For guests arriving by car there is a possibility to secure free parking at nearby public parking area, please contact us in advance for reservations.

The apartment is designed with remote workers in mind, offering a writing desk in the living room and a dining table in the kitchen, providing ample space for work and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease.

In addition to modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and Smart IPTV, the apartment is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning to ensure you stay cool during the warm summer months. Bed linen and towels are provided, and expenses for electricity and water consumption are included in both long and short-term stays.



Apartment is located on the 1st floor and consist of one bedroom (140 cm x 200 cm), living room with sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm), separate dining room with fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Living room and bedroom opens onto a balcony furnished with outside table and chairs.

Amenities include: AC (one unit in hallway), Ceiling fan in all rooms, Smart IPTV (bedroom and living room), Free WiFi, iron/ironing board, full bathroom with hair dryer and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker and toaster. Winter heating with AC in the corridor and portable electric radiators in each room.



Apartment is located in a quiet residential area not far from cafes, bakery, supermarket etc. The apartment is ideal for travelers who wish to stay away from the busy Old Town but still be within an easy reach to all attractions. Newly renovated Lapad Sunset beach is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the property. The Old Town can easily be reached by bus within 10 minutes or by walking within 25 minutes approximately.
