This place is amazing. Great customer service, in fact they picked us up from the airport last minute after our Viator transport canceled us. Our room was stunning, the a/c, thoughtful toiletries and linens were very nice. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Yes, there are lots of stairs, but it’s worth it!! The place is newly renovated and clean. It is inside the walled Old Town and walkable to most tourist spots, shops, and eating spots. The location is close to the main street and does not involve a lot of steps going to the hotel (Dubrovnik is a city of steps/stairs, just FYi) but has some stairs inside going to the room. Just ask to be dropped off by the Ploce gate. The service is great, they respond to my inquiries promptly. Excellent stay overall.

It's a beautiful room and property. There was no mention of 'stairs' anywhere associated with this property. Low and behold, I get there and had to climb 60 steps with baggage to the 3rd floor. There are only 3 rooms... and stairs for all. If you have luggage, be forewarned. I asked if there was anyone to help with my luggage and got a firm 'no'. Personally, I will not stay in Old Town again.
