The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from Uvala Lapad—a picturesque promenade that connects the beach to the main streets, which are lined with charming cafés, great restaurants (ideal for date nights), and playgrounds (perfect for families). Several beaches are within a 20-minute walk as well.
Lapad, located on a peninsula just a few kilometers from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, offers excellent transport links, with frequent buses running to the historic center. While newer compared to the Old Town, Lapad has a rich history, once home to local merchants and nobility. Today, it’s Dubrovnik’s largest residential area, home to many hotels and villas.
With its wide range of restaurants, inviting pedestrian areas, and stunning beaches that offer breathtaking sunsets, Lapad is an ideal place to stay. It's less crowded than the Old Town but just a 10-minute bus ride away. Conveniently, a supermarket is only 100 meters from the apartment, and a bus stop with direct routes to the Old City is just 150 meters away.

Fantastic views, clean and Comfortable, the view comes at the price of hundreds of steps but it’s was worth it for the view! We loved our stay was brilliant value for money and we definitely would go back

Very clean property in a nice location. The host was very friendly and the accommodation had everything we needed. The shower was hot and powerful, and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the outside space and the views over the water. Would recommend.

The apartment is a nice size, powerful shower, great air-conditioning and WiFi. Good communication from the host on directions prior to arriving. It's a quiet location for peaceful sleep. The welcome beers in the fridge were appreciated.

Was private, especially apartment 4, with no passing neighbours. Asked for new towels, was available immediately. Mid stay clean and bedding. Immaculate. Was offered to stay in the apartment longer as we had a later flight.

Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. Very good value for money and well located. Down a couple of sets of steps down to the sea front and sunset beach. All of the hosts we met were lovely and very helpful throughout our few days in Lapad. If you want a good room with access to lots of areas and want to focus on exploring and sightseeing, then this is way better than a hotel and does everything you need it to.

Great view, a comfortable bed and within walking distance (uphill on the way back) of beaches etc.

The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is in a very safe location, especially if you are travelling on your own, as I was. Dragan was most helpful and the apartment is ten mins from Sunset beach, shops and restaurants. Be mindful, though, that there are steps and/or hills to navigate on your way back and could prove difficult if mobility is an issue.

Really enjoyable!

Location is excellent, lots of restaurants and cafe locally and very close to the beach. 5-10 minutes in to the old town on bus which comes very regularly. Location is quiet and peaceful and apartment was spotlessly clean. It has a well equipped small kitchen so we were able to able cook breakfast for a day of exploring. There are amazing views from the balcony! Good air con as well so the apartment was nice and cool.

A great base to experience Dubrovnik from

Your chosen taxi service drives practically straight to the front door. Even though we were doing self-check-in our friendly host was on the spot to make us feel welcome. The room was cozy, extremely clean, and had a little kitchen with utensils. We had the upstair room with corner balcony, and the view and the surroundings of the balcony were so nice we could have spent the whole vacation just sitting there. The room also had excellent blackout curtains. We had a great time here, and were sad to leave. Would definitely visit again!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Slavica runs the listing company and is very responsive.Zoran the driver who picked us from airport was knowledgeable about the city and gave lots of information.We stayed in Mandy apartments hosted by Dragan's family. Very pleasant host and responsive.Fridge was filled with juice, water and beers as welcome gesture from the host.Stay was pleasant with air conditioning and with the view of beach and mountains.Restaurants in vicinity. Apartment pics on listing were slightly different where sofabed was replaced by a make shift small bed. Apartment is accessible by very steep set of stairs or by taxi.(same goes for the whole city).Getting down is not a problem but climb is difficult for disabled,heart patients and elderly by foot. Previous guests had left stains of food on utensils so we had to rewash them again. Overall experience was Good 😊

Schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht!

Wat een prachtig, schoon appartement!! Met douche, zithoekje, keukentje en goed bed. Het uitzicht vanaf balkon op de baai is werkelijk prachtig! Het ligt wat hoger op de berg, dus of met huurauto/ taxi de berg op of meerdere trappen lopen om bij je appartement te komen vanaf strand. Heel goed te doen en goed voor je conditie :-) De verhuurder is onwijs vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Echt genoten!!!
