Pleasant spot in a good location

Within walking distance to the Old city, restaurants and between to public beaches. If you have a car, the parking spot is on the street above the ‘apartment’, which makes check in a little tricky, but parking is so scarce that once you figure it out, you will be happy.

Fantastic terrace and view

The apartment was just as pictured and spotless when we arrived. Especially appreciated the fresh flowers and the plate of cookies that the host provided. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, coffee and tea as well as pots, pans, coffee maker and all plates and utensils needed. We were just a 15 minute walk into Old Town, 5 minutes to one beach and 10 minutes to another. The terrace was the best part of all, being shaded with seating for at least 10 (at 2 different tables) and with an incredible view of the water, Locrum Island and Old Town. From one VRBO host to another…..well done!!

Herausragende Lage mit super Terrasse

Die Lage der Wohnung in Dubrovnik ist herausragend. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die verschiedensten Bademöglichkeiten. Auch die Altstadt liegt nur 15 min fußläufig entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich ausgestattet, mit allem, was wir in einer Wohnung erwarten. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick über Dubrovnik und aufs Meer ist super und neben der Lage das Highlight der Wohnung. Ein Parkplatz wurde uns auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Broker war sehr gut. Leider konnten wir kein kroatisch und uns daher nicht mit der eigentlichen Vermieterin unterhalten. Mit Händen und Füßen fand dann doch eine kleine Kommunikation statt. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal für den leckeren Kuchen und das frische Obst aus dem Garten.

Excellent spot to visit Dubrovnik in a very nice and quiet space

I rated the cleanliness at 4 just because we saw some small flies and ants in the kitchen. Bathrooms and all the different rooms were very clean. Ready to recommend without any doubt. We ready to go back again whitout any hesitation.

Wunderschöne Terasse mit tollem Ausblick auf die Adria und die Altstadt von Dubrovnikik

Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat uns mehrmals mit leckeren, selbstgemachten, landestypischen Köstlichkeiten versorgt und stand für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber mit ausreichend Wäsche zum wechseln. Der Ausblick von der Terasse mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen ist einzigartig, die Lage ruhig und weit genug entfernt vom Touristentrubel, dabei nur ca. 10 Min. Fußweg zur Altstadt. Von der Strasse zur Wohnung müssen allerdings mehr als 60 Stufen erklommen werden, für Dubrovnik nichts besonderes aber weniger geeignet für Menschen mit körpericher Einschränkung.
