Villa Lemonia is a cozy holiday villa located in the small village of Trsteno, just a 20-minute drive from Dubrovnik. It is situated next to a Renaissance arboretum, which is the oldest garden architecture monument in Croatia and the only arboretum on the Adriatic coast.
From the terrace and windows, there is an incredible view of the blue sea and three islands of the Dubrovnik archipelago - Lopud, Šipan, and Koločep.
The villa was built in the 17th century and renovated a few years ago to provide maximum comfort to guests.

The villa has three floors and four double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet and is equipped with basic toiletries.
The kitchen is located in an old chapel connected to the house and is equipped with high-quality appliances and all necessary utensils.
In the dining room, a corner for breakfast with coffee, tea, toast, biscuits, milk, honey, and jam has been carefully prepared.
Adjacent to the dining room is the main living room with original stone floors, creating an authentic atmosphere combined with comfortable furniture for relaxation.
Guests also have access to a study for those who want to be alone and carry out their work even on vacation while staying connected to the business world. The entire villa is covered with free Wi-Fi internet and cable television to ensure guests fully enjoy modern conveniences.

On the south side of the villa, there is a spacious and completely private terrace filled with fragrant Mediterranean herbs, creating a pleasant atmosphere. A remote-controlled awning will protect guests from the intense afternoon sun.
On the north side of the villa, there is another beautiful terrace perfect for peaceful moments of relaxation in the shade.
In the garden of Villa Lemonia, there are seven different varieties of juicy oranges and three types of lemons that complement the scents of olive trees, palm trees, bougainvillea, oleanders, and laurel shrubs. The herb garden is filled with lush bushes of fresh oregano, fragrant basil, aromatic thyme, refreshing mint, fragrant sage, and aromatic rosemary - everything you need as a spice for cooking or a refreshing cocktail.
In the silence of this idyll, you will only hear the singing of birds and the sound of the summer breeze gently passing through the palm tree crowns. Sometimes you will hear the crowing of a rooster or the braying of a donkey in the distance, further enhancing this idyllic atmosphere.
The enchanting scent of essential oils that fills the air will forever remain in your memory.
To fully relax and experience a complete vacation, there is also a swimming pool surrounded by nature.

The beach and swimming area are only 500m away from the villa, and you can reach them with a leisurely walk through the shade of the arboretum gardens.
To provide the best service to guests, we organize boat trips to the islands of Šipan, Lopud, and Koločep upon request. These islands are located in front of Trsteno and only a ten-minute boat ride away. We can also arrange many other full-day or half-day excursions upon request. Additionally, if you are not arriving by your own car, we will gladly organize your pick-up at the airport and provide transportation by car or van to any destination. If you are coming by your own car or rented vehicle, free parking is available 30m away from the villa.

The minimum stay is 7 days, allowing you enough time to enjoy all the beauty it offers.
