Just a short walk to the beautiful Rainbow River, includes FREE KP Hole deeded access to the boat ramp where you can launch your paddle vessels. Fully furnished 2bd, 2ba private home. Featuring king in master, queen in guest and queen sofa sleeper in living room, Comfortably sleeps 6. Bed linens and towels furnished. Fully stocked kitchen includes all of the conveniences of home, Home also contains private washer and dryer. Common areas include charcoal grills, large life size chess game, hammocks and more. Paddle vessels available for rent, located just behind home. Juliet Falls Golf Course is 10 mins away. Rainbow Springs State Park is 5 minutes away. Cheers at Rainbow Springs offers live music on the weekends and is located just 3 minutes down the road. Dunnellon also has Walmart, Aldi, Winn Dixie and Publix, all located withing 5 minutes of the home.

** KP Hole does not allow personal floats. If you would like to tube down the Rainbow River, you may rent from the KP Hole directly. ** However, there are no tube rentals available at KP Hole from Oct - March. **

Great place to enjoy Rainbow Springs and the Rainbow River!!!

The property was clean, well stocked for our stay, and comfortable. Communication from Stephanie (host) was on point, she even gave several suggestions for things to do in the area. Rainbow Springs is only a five minute drive away and KP Hole is a short walk away, but we drove down there most of the time to enjoy the river. The passes included for KP Hole are only to allow you to launch your watercraft there. Everything else is a charge, to include using the swimming area, but do yourself a favor and get out on the river it's worth it. We did the kayak trip down river from KP Hole and it was awesome. Also, if you're going to tube down the river keep in mind the Rainbow Springs tubing (not located at the headspring park) trip is roughly 2 hours and the KP Hole trip is roughly 4 hours which might be too much. If you're like me and enjoy trying out restaurants in the areas you travel to, Dunnellon will not disappoint. There are no commercial chain restaurants other than your typical fast food options in Dunnellon. With that being said Swampy's on the river, The Front Porch restaurant, Pavarotti's Italian, and Riviera Maya Mexican restaurants are must try options when you're in town. All locally owned businesses and did not disappoint. Also on a side note, you're in driving distance to several other springs in the area if you want to venture out for the day.

Amazing get away

We came here on a last minute honeymoon get away and it didn’t disappoint. The host responded very fast, was always helpful, even left some chocolate, a card, and some wine to welcome us on our big day. (It truly is the little things) we will be back but with our family next time to make a longer trip. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Our home away from home in Rainbow Springs

My wife and I decided to get away from our busy life in South Florida. She was born and raised here, and I have down here for 50 years, and neither of us had ever been to any of the Florida springs. The location was perfect, just as Stephanie had described. The pictures of the Bungalow were true to what it was. It was very clean and we loved the decor. It truly felt like our home away from home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. We had a wonderful time Kayaking out of KP Hole (right next door) and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow river state park, (only 10 minutes away} Great places to eat near by don't miss Swampy's riverside bar & grille and "The Front Porch " restaurant in Dunnellon.) You will want to go back for more. Trust me! We plan on coming back here and we are highly recommending this Bungalow to our Family and Friends. Ted and Donna Davis

Rainbow River Bungalow Fun

Stephanie is a fantastic host! She made the reservation process easy and was very communicative. She even left birthday balloons in the bungalow for my sister! So, nice! This bungalow is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Its close proximity to the KP hole and Rainbow river is a big plus. The property itself is child friendly with a chill vibe. We will definitely be staying again!!
