Meh. Clean but probably won’t be back.

The room was good and the pool is nice but small and the hot tub was heavily occupied by someone who never left so that was a little weird. The check-in was a little generic, and the carpet in the hallway is pretty old and gross. The big turn off was the breakfast. I kid you not, it was plastic containers with microwaves for you to put them in, the cancer house. If you’re looking for a little cancer with breakfast, this is the place to go. We didn’t take a single picture here, didn’t really wanna remember it.

Service was wonderful and the kids loved the pool area! Could have used more blankets on the bed. Bathroom small but clean and met our needs. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice hotel

Staff were pleasant. Room was nice, with a hot tub, which was great. One thing I like is towels were actually decent size and very soft, and not like most hotels where they are stiff and scratchy. Will stay there again for sure.

It was a nice area and easy to get around to places in Chippewa falls and so forth was not quiet cuz they were refurbishing it or remodeling it basically lots of drills going at 8:00 in the morning I guess it would have been nice if they would have said something about it when I made my reservations the emergency door was constantly open during the day until like 5:00 6:00 in the evening so so much for the security and the keyfabs to have to get in

The common areas were fine, breakfast was good. Our room however had some issues. The garbage had not been taken out and we had no towels. When we approached the service desk on these issues they responded to them, but promised to discount the room. Despite 3 attempts at getting the discount, no one returned my calls nor provided the discount.
