Stayed in October for 5 nights, the location is absolutely perfect , a 3 minute walk to the royal Mile , 6 minutes to the palace at Holyrood and within walking distance of Edinburgh castle. There are tons of pubs and restaurants and Santu coffee shop close by. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Two bathrooms is a huge plus. The location is quiet and safe and the included parking spot is great. The owner is quick to respond and accommodating. Would definitely stay again !!

We were at the Holyrood Road Apt. for only 1 night but the owner couldn't have been more accommodating. It was a lovely place. Very well decorated and it did have beautiful views. We were unable to figure out how to make a local call from our cell phones (we are techno idiots from USA) to get a taxi to go to dinner. We contacted our host and, without asking, she graciously called a taxi for us. I left my watch and gloves on the premises and she mailed them to me immediately. If we return to Inverness we will definitely be reaching out again.

My niece and I had wonderful stay at the Shahids apartment. He was most gracious, made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was in a great location. We were 1 street off the Royal Mile. Also within walking distance to most everything. The Mimi mart store was up a few blocks for your grocery needs. I would stay here again. Very clean and secure.

Amazing house and great location. The house and its amenities were perfect for our stay and family. The loft access and private parking were great benefits but the location cannot be beaten. It was 4 minutes walk from the royal mile, 10 minutes fromHolyrood house and just perfectly situated to some amazing bakeries and restaurants as well. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect Location and Accommodations. We were located across the street from Dynamic Earth and only steps from Hollyrood Palace. The Royal Mile and all the sights were a walkable distance. Check in is very easy. The concierge was very helpful. There is a lift which makes luggage carrying very easy. We arrived during a heat wave. There was no air conditioning, but all the windows kept the apartment very comfortable. Beautiful views from the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful communication from Shahid, the owner. I intend to recommend this place to other friends.

Great flat at Holyrood Park

Enjoyed a week in the flat. It was perfect for my husband and I. Close enough to lots of pubs and things to do, but away from the crazy of High Street. Holyrood park is a must do. Comfortable beds and great water pressure with insta hot water. Loved our time in the city and flat. Would absolutely recommend it.

Great location - worked just perfect for us!

Easy to find and in a great area. We loved the tea room just around the corner and it was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Had everything we needed- hair dryer, fridge, iron, etc. I love outlander so bakehouse close being just around the corner was a dream!
