Villa Celia is a wonderful first-line seafront villa located in the exclusive and tranquil area of Coveta Fumá, El Campello.

Upon arrival, you will discover this discreet villa at the end of a dead end road, set in an exceptionally peaceful location. Once you step through the entrance gate, the uniqueness of this property immediately reveals itself: an unparalleled frontline position directly by the sea. The breathtaking panoramic views over the Mediterranean coastline stretching towards Benidorm and Alicante can be enjoyed from every level of the villa, whether from the upper floor, ground floor, or the poolside terraces.

The upper floor features a bright living room, a covered terrace, a glazed-in terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (Beds: 2x 180 x 200 cm, 150 x 190 cm, 150 x 200 cm) and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite.

On the ground floor, you will find an additional covered terrace, an open terrace with a comfortable seating area, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms (Beds: 150 x 200 cm, 135 x 190 cm, 180 x 200 cm) and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Up to two additional single beds can be provided upon request at a cost of 90€/unit, per stay.

From the basement terrace, you have direct access to the swimming pool area, surrounded by sun loungers, as well as an additional bathroom. The swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge of 220€/week (approx. 30 °C). Next to the outdoor shower, there is direct access to the sea, a staircase leads effortlessly down to a small bay, ideal for swimming and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters.

All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning. The living room and almost all bedrooms feature Smart TVs, and WiFi is available throughout the entire villa. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels included; high chairs and cots upon request free of charge.
