There was urine on the seat upon checking into the room, and the window did not lock, I believe it has a broken lock, so anyone could have entered the room. Not having a sense of security while in the room lead me to gather my things and check out, as it was not clean nor did it feel safe to stay in this room. Unfortunately, the person who had checked me in was not at the desk when I went back to return the room keys and upon following up via email, requesting a refund, it was denied.
