Five star hotel! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The view and pool is amazing. The only bad thing is the rooftop bar has been close since Covid. It would be great if they could reopen that bar for people that want to enjoy the night at the hotel.

I booked the room with a balcony which was nice, but you can literally see your neighbor through the walls in the balcony. Also in the room I was able to hear my neighbors. Just wish there was a bit more privacy

Place is great. Clean rooms. Cozy beds. Couldve used more pillows. Our room only came with 3 pillows which is odd. Also, is really looking forward yo drinking in terrace on rooftop BUT to my surprise, its actually been closed since covid. Why not open it again? Or hetter yet. Dont advertise what isn’t actually available

I made a 2 ocean view king size bed room reservation at this hotel for a weekend family vacation to find out that the hotel claimed they only received 1 bedroom reservation though the reservation was on their screen and they were not willing to give me another room with same amenities as they were already resero. I had to settle for a lower quality room no ocean front view to accommodate my family. This hotel was not honest and I’m disappointed both athbthe hotel and Expedia. Shame on both. I want a refund!!!

1st they attempted to charge the room even though I told them I paid. Confirmed payment then tried to charge me for the room again at checkout. Also, unable to sleep with all the road noise. Caution if you book a Mountain View room, you feel like the traffic is in your room. When I mention this to front desk they acknowledged noise is a problem but did not offer a room away from the road. Horrible didn’t sleep the entire weekend!

Great hotel

We went in the office season (February) and practically had the place to ourselves. Despite low occupancy, they had a huge brunch buffet spread and live piano music in the lobby. Staff were all friendly but not overbearing.
