Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht! Von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich wesentlich mehr Comfort, besseres Frühstück, Annehmlichkeiten auf dem Zimmer . Dieses Hotel ist stehen geblieben auf dem Stand von vor 20 Jahren. Die Betten waren durchgelegen, kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Korkenzieher auf dem Zimmer, kein Zimmerservice, keine Infobroschüre, im Bad zwei Handtuchhalter für vier Handtücher, die Suite direkt übern Eingang, wo abends grölende, rauchende Menschen stehen, das schlechteste Frühstück überhaupt (trotz Corona geht es besser!) mit billigen Aufbackbrötchen und Aufbackcroissants. Es gab ein paar wirklich nette MitarbeiterInnen hier, aber die taten mir leid, an diesem Ort arbeiten zu müssen. Wenn dieses Hotel einmal Glanz hatte, dann hat es diesen längst verloren!

sehr große Standardzimmer, Frühstück etwas einfältig für ein 4 Sterne Haus, schwache Brötchenauswahl, ständig stand Service am Tisch und nahm Teller mit

angenehm, ruhiges hotel

das hotel macht einen sauberen eindruck. das personal ist hoeflich und kompetent. das hotel bietet leider keine kostenlose parkmeglichkeit, aber man bekommt ein ticket fuer bus und bahn und muss sich keinen parkplatz in der innenstad suchen. die haltestelle ist sehr nah und es faehrt staendig eine bahn in die innenstadt. super! ansonsten war es ein angenehmer aufenthalt.

Städtetripp

Pros: Es war alles okay.
Location: Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und man kann mit der Hotelcard alle Öffi's benutzen.
Wir haben mit Freunden den Erfurter Weihnachtsmarkt besucht. Den kann man nur empfehlen.

sehr schönes Haus, ruhig und sauber

Pros: Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen ! Die Zimmer sind hell, großräumig und sehr sauber. Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen, DANKE!!
mit der Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, schnell im Stadtkern. Erfurt hat uns trotz miesem Wetter sehr beeindruckt. Gerne mal wieder!!
