I asked the front desk in the morning while i had to work if housekeeping could give me more towels and to take my garbage. When i got back to my hotel my room wasn’t even touched. I even saw a door tag in the bathroom that states, “you say “when”” “simply ask the front desk for extra towels, amenities, or schedule a room cleaning to help you enjoy your stay with us.” I am very disappointed. I stay there 5 nights and no one even asked if i need more towels or anything.

About 1 mile from interstate, very convenient and quiet. Poor breakfast, lukewarm coffee and the lady on duty should have stayed in bed. She was coughing and spluttering all the time. Just hope we don’t catch her cold.

OK in general. Just some little things that need attention like remotes that actually select the station that you’re looking at… Every choice is an adventure when watching TV. I ended up using my YouTube TV on my computer rather than deal with that equipment. easy fix hopefully they will listen to suggestions

The staffing and facilities were good. The ongoing problem with that hotel is the televisions. The controllers don’t sync with the stations and there are no local stations available. It seems to depend on what controller you get as we have. Stayed there several times or what room you’re in sometimes you get a good controller sometimes you don’t. it would be an easy fix you think… otherwise good people

A lovely room with a wonderful shower and room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good also, although the breakfast area is quite small. The staff were welcoming.

The cobblestone harbor creek continues to be my hotel of choice whenever I am in Erie. A smaller hotel, that offers just what i need. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. Also in a very convenient location.
