The room was far from acceptable. The main door to the room had obviously been kicked open and was loose and not secure. No battery in smoke detector, filthy floors, basically non existent breakfast,very dirty bathroom floor. Just a gross experience. Will never be back!!

It could of been cleaned up and when we turned the water on it was brown at first like noone has been there in a long time

The room was filthy there was cigarettes behind the door in the bathroom, the shower did not get hot, I fell in the parking lot on ice. And it was hard to sleep due to all the noise outside the room and next door

The room was in terrible shape. Dirty floors and crumbs left from the last person that stayed. The door handle and lock wasn’t working properly. It was obvious the sheets haven’t been changed and the bed wasn’t even made clean. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night and we had to check in at the hotel next door.

Water was barely lukewarm, dirt in bed, blanket smelled like someone's old sweat, mysterious brown substance on wall and floor. Building in serious need of renovation, or quite frankly, to be torn down. Staff very pleasant and working diligently.

I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have carpet, the room could have been cleaned better, and use a paint job, the room door was an outdoor commercial door with a questionable locking mechanism that if someone wanted to they could kick the door in very easily. The thing I did like was the heat worked great and the water in the shower was hot when you needed it
