I only went up for breakfast one day, around 9am and there was no food out. I found a hairy bar of soap in the shower and a melted ice cream bar in the fridge. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate.

The first room was the same temp as outside, thermostat didn't work. Asked for a room with heat, Temp was 46 degrees, heat did work and I was tired, started to raise temp. I had to get up and put my coat over my feet to sleep! The thermostat showed 65 when I got up to leave but the heat was blowing on it. Floor was still freezing grabbed my coat to help stay warm, bathroom was still freezing, so no shower. floor was dirty by bed, bed had cigarette burn it non-smoking room. Pot smell and other guest rooms I walk by was fresh. Forgot my company insulated shirt hanging and called back to have them save it for me and I would pick it up on my way back, HÀ no surprise, it wasn't there! Even though the person I talked to the day I left said the room was still not rented. Exposed 110-volt wires in the bathroom. As for the breakfast, broken waffle iron, only one, juice machine empty, only 2 bagels. Only reason I stayed was the payment was made and non-refundable. I am filing complaints.

Piss poor cleaning, doors could be pulled open by hand no key card needed. Busted bed in the room. Burn marks everywhere. Didnt even stay due to the yelling outside by the ppl wondering around the premises

Ended up not staying. Room was dirty, stains on bedding, used soap in shower. Very drafty. Door didn't seem very secure, handle fixture on it was loose. Was very disappointed and discussed at the condition of the room. The staff member working the front desk was very when we went to tell they the condition of the room and show pictures of how it looked was very understanding and that was the only positive thing about the experience.
