The 80 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one modern bathroom renovated in January 2025, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Through the living room, you have direct access to the private 30 m² balcony with seating furniture and a sun shade, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with home-cooked meals. You can also get to Bregenz, across the Austrian border and surrounded by a wonderful panorama, within a 30-minute drive (33 km).
