Ohne Erklärung bekam ich eine grosse Wohnung ca.300Meter Fußweg durch eine Einkaufspassage vom Hotel entfernt Statt des comfor Dz Qualität und Frische der Speisen beim Frühstück waren eher 2**auch Auswahl nur3* Service gab es nicht. Nur Kaffee in Kannen und Kondensmilch kein Spiegelei, Cappuccino , wenig Müsli . In der Wohnung ging die Balkontür sehr schwer auf und zu 29 Minuten bis es überhaupt auf ging. Ich musste spinnen und Silberfische wegputzen bei Ankunft. Die Lage ist praktisch wie versprochen wenn man ruhig und anspruchslos wohnen will alles gut aber nur **. Die Mitarbeiterin war nett aber man müsste alles direkt fragen und benennen und hatte das Gefühl , das Personal ist froh , wenn man es nicht anspricht. Definitiv keine *Sterne Unterkunft . Mitarbeitende wirkten auch nicht ausgebildet für Hotel aber waren freundlich..

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichting war zweckmässig bis auf das Bett, dass müsste erneuert werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Preis - Leistung ist voll okey.

Die Unterkunft an sich war okay. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war an manchen Stellen grenzwertig. (Badezimmertür-Leisten), Löcher in den Wänden im Bad, Nachttischlampen staubig und Fenster schmutzig. Aber was wir gut fanden waren die Betten. Sind ohne Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden. Das ist selten in fremden Betten. Im großen und ganzen einfach mal renovierungsbedürftig. Die Mädels waren alle nett

Schleppendes Einchecken. Keine Kurkarte fertig. Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Zunächst wurde uns ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen. Da wir ab 15:00 h rechtzeitig beim Einchecken eintrafen, war ein Tausch von Zimmer 301 auf 101 möglich. Zimmer 201 hat darüberhinaus ein größeren Balkon. Dieses war aber bis zum nächsten Tag belegt. Mußte bei den Bewohnern selbst nachfragen. Zimmer 301 hat eine Küchenzeile, aber keinen adäquaten Balkon. So mußten wir auch den zugehörigen Parkplatz noch wechseln. Diese sind durch die vorhergesehene Aufzugmöglichkeit sehr eng. Der Aufzug wurde jedoch nicht genutzt, die vorhandenen Stahlträger behindern jedoch das Ein- und Aussteigen

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Eigentlich ein schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Yachthafen hübsch eingerichtet, das Bad ausreichend groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, es wurde direkt nachgelegt, wenn etwas fehlte. ABER: Trotz vorheriger Mail, dass mein Mann am Anreisetag Geburtstag hat - darauf wurde nicht einmal geantwortet - und der Tatsache, dass wir beim Einchecken unsere Geburtsdaten angegeben haben, kam keinerlei Reaktion des Hotelservice. Weder ein Gläschen Sekt, noch sonst ein Glückwunsch in irgendeiner Art und Weise. Beim Auschecken darauf hingewiesen sagte die Dame am Empfang, es sei ja schließlich Sonntag gewesen, da hätte sie sich nicht kümmern können. Sehr traurig. Mehr Aufmerksamkeit könnte dem Haus nicht schaden.

Lage Top. Allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Duschen könnten mal die Dichtungen gegen neue gewechselt werden bzw. die Silikonfugen erneuert werden.
