Nous avons séjourné à Essen à 4 pour 2 nuits. Le logement est de bonne taille pour 4 mais beaucoup de points négatifs : l’absence de communication avec Robert à 2h de notre arrivée aucune information pour accéder au logement nous avons dû l’appeler car aucune réponse via Expedia, tâches sur le drap housse, absence de propreté de quelques serviettes de bain et mal odorantes, accès wifi erroné sur le livret d’accueil, des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas, 1 store absent donc lumière du jour très tôt le matin dans l’unique pièce de vie, robinetterie de l'évier défaillante non fixée, tic tac de l'horloge pour dormir, absence de ramasse poussière pour nettoyer un peu. Au vu de la propreté du logement je trouve aberrant les frais de ménage (présence de cheveux sur les serviettes, torchon sale, sets de table sales, poussières au sol, saletés dans l'évier). Problème d’insonorisation (on entend les voisines sur le palier et les portes qui claquent), le cable d’alimentation de la bouilloire était détériorée (brûlé) rendant son utilisation en toute sécurité douteuse. Petit plus qui aurait été apprécié une cafetière dans l'hébergement mais notifié dans le descriptif.
