I am a night shift nurse. I put the do not disturb sign on the door so I could be left alone during the day to sleep and housekeeping woke me up around 10am with loud, obnoxious knocking and announcing themselves about yo come in. Clearly I hopped up out of a deep sleep in a panic and had to deal with that and unable to fall back asleep. Working that night was very hard. It happened again the next morning as well around the same time. I dont know if kids took the sign down or prankers but regardless there needs to be a better system then just obnoxiously banging on doors prior to check out times when people need to sleep. I had the room 3 days there was no need to bang on my door two days straight and ruin my sleep for working ALL night. I am very frustrated by this. Also the hotel is not willing to work with me as a jight shift worker. I cant come after work at 7am to check in and sleep for 7 hrs and leave. The representative repeatedly said check in is at 3. I explained I need a room to sleep while out of town and am off at 7am they didn't budge. So If I need to sleep 7 hours I need to purchase a hotel room the day BEFORE so that the day I need to sleep is covered (but only til 11am) then need to purchase another day for the other half of my sleep 11-550 but congruen

Our room was spotless when we entered. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was quiet and safe. Convenient to downtown Eufaula, restaurants and shops. Beautiful lake view. For the price for 2 rooms, this place couldn’t be beat. This Quality Inn is in a much nicer location than the other 2 brand name hotels in the area.
Lake view, easily walkable from across the street from the Quality Inn. You can also see it from most rooms.

The original room I was given had bags of clothes and toys scattered around the door and window outside as If someone was homeless. The next room had a very bad odor. The breakfast was the breaking point. My husband was getting a plate to bring back to the room. And the manager I'm assuming walked him over to a sign saying you have to eat in the dining room. And made him throw the plate away if he wasn't eating it in the dining room. Very demanding and embarrassing. There is a way to talk to people and this was not professional. He then stated to be careful before booking another room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Beautiful area next to the water but ruined with a rude manager!

First off the bed sheet had a red looking substance on it when I called to request that they come change the sheets, the young lady first said no house keeper is available and her boss told her not to move anyone but her being a decent person did move me. The next morning my kids and I went down for breakfast & my son made waffle and didn’t see the syrup and when I asked the gentleman at the first day he came in and yelled at me at over 30 people saying in a conceding & rude tone saying it’s over here. I kindly replied sir I went 2 rooms for 2 nights from you, the attitude is not necessary. Lastly on Thanksgiving day when we returned back to the hotel my key was not working & I had to go to the front desk for a reset of the key, the same rude man snatch the key from me, looked it up and then call my name in a very rude and condescending matter and threw the key on the counter to me. I would never be going back to this hotel again if I could give it zero stars I would.
