Well, when we got there, we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to check us in. The guy was in the bathroom and no one could reach him at first. He wasn’t very pleasant either and when you asked a question he was a little rude. Place should have been cleaned from the snow for handicapped people like my mother to the entrance. There were no signs for elevators at all. Had to go looking. First time I saw this! Would not recommend to anyone for the service we teceived

The hotel and staff were awesome. Our only issue was the location right by a busy insterstate bypass!! Traffic really loud most of the night. My fault for forgetting my noise machine!!!
