The staff, in particular the gentleman who was at the front desk every morning was very pleasant, always greeted with a smile. Would have been nice to have a complete breakfast with eggs, bacon, potato's rather than just the bagel bar. Very few choices. The hotel rooms and even the hallways always smelled fresh, clean, fragrant. Also would have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room

The staff wasn't available upon arriving for approximately 5 minutes or so because she had to deal with another issue. She was nice and was able to get us the room without any issues. This hotel isn't bad to stay over night in.

I was a little taken back that the room felt cold and sparse in furnishings. The chair was like a lunch room chair. No other furniture to sit on. Most of the pillows were so mushy. No microwave. Instead of a wet bar, a couch would be better. But, the staff were so friendly and professional.
