The hotel is walkable to the sanctuary that we visited which is the highlight of our visit! Our room is okay but the elevator is so small that could only fit two people with no luggage at all! The breakfast was terrible that they always run out of foods because of so many people!

Although there is no air conditioner in the room I stayed in, it wasn’t an issue as I arrived in October. I think it might be quite hot in summer. Also, there is no rear entrance from the car parking area, so I had to wheel my bags all the way to the front door area across cobbled stoned paths. Not ideal !

The property is better than expected, staff - excellent. Super minor issue - when we checked in, we told them we don’t need room service during our 2-night stay. The person who checked us in said they don’t provide room service. The next day, as we were getting ready to head out, the cleaning staff came to clean our room to which we said we didn’t need. The following day, we returned from our outing to a cleaned room. We then wondered if she thought we meant in-room food service? Overall, we had an excellent experience.

A nice three star property. Rooms were big. Close to all the Fátima stuff. Right beside the hotel Fátima and close to the street where they sell all the trinkets. Beds were comfortable. So easy to get to by car.
