I booked a double, I had 1 bed. There was room for the other bed. Cigarette burns in comforter, mold on curtains, lamps rusted very bad, cigarette butt on floor and the tv didn’t work. Then an early check in fee of $35.00, why? No tv, no 2nd bed, etc.! I booked this cracktel under duress, so I could make it to my nieces home going celebration. Hotels using Wyndham’s name should be made to uphold their facilities. A secret rep should be assigned to routinely check the property. I left a day early. I slept in my clothes. Wyndham I can be the secret representative, because you need one. I know it’s about the money but there should be guidelines to use your name.

The beds were dirty. There was bugs, the water was brown. There was crumbs of dirt on the bed. When we tried to check out the staff took too long to accommodate us. The breakfast they offer was only cereal.

The first room had a too many friends crawling so got another room my sister was the one trying to do something nice for me she booked the room under her acc. The breakfast was not good no waffle mix to top it off. Had no TV the whole weekend cause they didn’t have no service only Internet that was a hot mess won’t happen again. It really needs a zero. And my sister was upset because she paid had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit. need to be closed down.Gail white say no to this hotel she paid for everything and didn’t approve of the service

Don't stay at this Super 8 in Fayetteville NC. Everything about this place is terrible starting with the fact that they require a $50 deposit for a $63 a night room makes no sense. I checked into a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. We went to front desk to ask them to clean the room so it didn't smell like smoke. They said no one was here to clean and then gave a a bottle of frebreeze. They didn't offer anything but excuses and said they already charged the previous guests for smoking I the room and they already cleaned it. LIES. If the room was truly cleaned then it shouldn't still smell of cigarettes. Inside the room the bathroom handle was broken off. The bed had burn holes in the blankets. The staff was not helpful and the walls are SUPER THIN. I heard the family next door with their crying baby ALL NIGHT LONG. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SUPER 8!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The shower was not connected nor did the bathtub have a plug so had to bathe at the sink. At check-in it’s seemed like we were bothering the guy. He tried to give us 2 double beds instead of the 1 king we had signed up for. “Breakfast” consisted of 2 cereals and 2 juices. The ice machine was broken and leaking all over the sidewalk.
