Additionally, its proximity to Coquina Beach, restaurants, shops, golf courses, Marineland, Daytona International Speedway, biking trails, and more ensures that you'll never run out of things to do. Orlando is just an hour away, and a trip to historic St. Augustine is highly recommended.

Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed in a classic beach style, featuring blue-and-white upholstery and a tiled floor. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Relax in the armchair with a book or your laptop, or stretch out on the sofa to watch a movie on the HDTV with cable.

The dining table is perfect for family meals, board games, or sorting through your beachcombing finds. The kitchen offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean and is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you'll need for any meal. A brand new outdoor shower adds to the convenience.

The main bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and the soothing sound of the surf outside the windows. The bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and ample storage in the vanity. Fresh towels and bedding are provided, and with your own private washer and dryer, you can pack light.

For beach lovers and ocean enthusiasts, Sandy Toes D is a dream come true. If you're traveling with friends or family, Sandy Toes A and Sandy Toes C are also available, accommodating multiple groups. The on-site spa offers facials, adding to the luxurious experience. With everything you need for a perfect vacation, Sandy Toes D is sure to become one of your favorite holiday destinations.

- This property allows 2 dogs. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged for the first dog, $50+tax for the second. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

-To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home.
