Orlando is just an hour away, and a trip to historic St. Augustine is highly recommended.

Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed in a classic beach style, featuring blue-and-white upholstery and a tiled floor. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. - This property allows 1 dog; breed & weight must be approved prior to booking. If approved there is a nonrefundable $100 pet fee.

- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.
-This property allows 2 dogs If approved there is a nonrefundable $100 pet fee for one dog and an additional $50 for a second dog.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.

- Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping you will be charged $500.
