We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions.

- You will receive your door code via digital Welcome Guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.

- Parking at Salty Pelican is easy and convenient, ensuring you have plenty of space for your vehicles. You'll find covered parking beneath the home, offering shade and protection from the Florida sun. Additionally, the driveway provides extra parking spots, making it effortless for guests to unload luggage, beach gear, or simply park multiple vehicles with ease. Whether you're traveling with a family, a group of friends, or bringing along outdoor adventure equipment, there's ample parking space for your stay!
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property, and remain the entire length of the stay. There are no exceptions.

- There is to be no smoking and/or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. If we find evidence you will be fined $500.
