Great location for sightseeing in central Florence. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a couple of little grocery shops nearby. We felt it had everything we needed to spend 10 busy days. We had a small glitch with the hot water heater and the girls responded immediately and went right to work to get the situation taken care of. The bathroom is a few steps down from the main floor which we did not find problematic and I only mention so as there are no surprises. The AC was a life saver. Hope to stay in this apartment again.
