check in was reasonably smooth. it is a company that owns the rental so they require that you communicate through their whatsapp account rather than the vrbo platformFelt the layout of the rental was odd and wasn't totally captured in the photos. there was also an odd smell/odor in the foyer as wellthe rooms were large however one of them is right off the entrance and was completely disconnected from the bathrooms which are upstairs which was not convenient.
