Kaunis ja hienostunut 90 neliömetrin asunto, täysin remontoitu.
Firenzen sydämessä, kivenheiton päässä Duomosta, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ponte Vecchiosta, ja sitä ympäröivät kaikki historiallisen keskustan tärkeimmät monumentit.
Huoneisto sijaitsee 4. kerroksessa hissillä kauniiseen 1800-luvun rakennukseen. Kalustettu maulla yksityiskohtaisesti, se koostuu 2 makuuhuoneesta, yhdestä kahden hengen, valoisasta, erittäin mukavasta suuresta sängystä (jaettavissa pyynnöstä) ja varustettuna hienostuneilla liinavaatteilla; antiikki ja tilava vaatekaappi. Uusi kaksinkertainen kaksoisikkuna takaa erinomaisen lepoajan. Oma marmorinen kylpyhuone suurella lasitetulla suihkulla. Toinen huone, pienempi, jossa kaksi erittäin mukavaa ja hienosti sisustettua sänkyä. Pääkylpyhuone myös marmorinen, valoisa, suurella suihkulla ja lasi-ikkunalla. Olohuoneessa on erittäin tilava ja valoisa, varustettu iso, uusi vuodesohva, korkea ja mukava patja sopii kahdelle hengelle. Satelliittitelevisio ja monia taidekirjoja.
Keittiö on erittäin mukava ja toimiva, yhdistettynä ruokailutilaan miellyttävään ja hienostuneeseen miellyttävään ilmapiiriin. Varustettu astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja Nespresso-kahvinkeitin aamiaista varten.
Pyykinpesukone, silityslauta, silitysrauta ja kuivausteline ovat käytettävissänne.
Ja pyynnöstä pinnasänky pienille pehmeillä liinavaatteilla, syöttötuolilla sekä kirjoilla ja peleillä lapsille!
Huoneisto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Santa Maria del Fioren katedraali. My husband and 2 kids (9 and 15) stayed for several nights, and we absolutely loved Florence. The location of this apartment was fantastic - half block from the Duomo and in the middle of all the wonderful shopping. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. It was adequately heated (it was cold in Florence at the time!) and the shower in the primary suite was fantastic. There was a washer (no dryer), which we used multiple times along with a lift that went all the way to the bottom floor (no stairs!), which was great for luggage and for my tired feet. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even left us a little treat for breakfast the next morning. One thing to note is that the TV was small and not a smart TV, so we were not able to get to our Netflix account when we were exhausted from touring. But, that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would 100% stay at this apartment again and highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings and comfortable spaces. The location was in the heart of Florence, and the washing machine was a bonus. I just wish there were a few additional kitchen items to ease snack and meal times for a family. More hand towels, napkins, and a saucepan would be ideal.

The location is super for anyone wishing to walk to almost every key site in the heart of Florence. Recommend to anyone and will stay here again should we return.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra’s lovely apartment. It is in the heart of the city and we loved being able to take the many breaks in the middle of our tourist/shipping activities to recharge! Alessandra was amazing with giving us tips on where to eat, etc. She was very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back to Florence and stay again in this home. This was by far our favorite VRBO stay. Thanks for all your help Alessandra!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence

My family and I stayed here for 4 days and loved having a place right in the middle of all the action. The location is a block away from the Santa Maria del Fiore and the Piazza Della Repubblica making it easy to head back to during the middle of the day for a rest.Great communication from Alessandra. Outstanding location and accommodation

The apartment’s location was extraordinary in being a half block from the Duomo and within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the Galleria dell’Academia and Uffizzi. Similarly, it is about a comfortable 15 minute walk from the Firenze S.M. Novella train station. (The stone sidewalks make wheeled suitcases more challenging - a small price to be paid when staying in cities with history.) The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is serviced by a small elevator. It was very comfortable, charming and well appointed. Everything we could have needed was there, e.g., Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine. Given its location, the apartment was quite spacious and remarkably quiet. There are supermarkets and a plethora of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The host, Alessandra, was very organized and responsive to our requests. She made our visit very easy. In summary, I unreservedly would recommend the apartment for tourists wanting to be in a very comfortable, prime location in Florence.

Amazing Florence experience

We recently stayed at this amazing apartment in Florence, and it was the PERFECT home base for exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to major attractions like the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. There were plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made it easy to enjoy the local culture. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Having a washing machine was also a huge bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Alessandra was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing detailed instructions for check-in and even offering some great tips for things to do around the city. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome. One of the best experiences with a Host that we have ever had. We would absolutely stay here again! Cheers!
