This has been one of our more remarkable stays in a while. We travel monthly all over Europe, and a well-known fact of others that enjoy overseas travel, a 4 star or even 5 star property does not always translate to the quality or luxury we usually expect in the US. This hotel ticked every box for us. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable...we were right across from the Ponte Vecchio with a view of the river ...the location allowed us to walk to every destination. But above all was the excellent service and attention of the staff. We arrived quite late and appreciated the warm welcome upon checking in with Stefano. The staff took every opportunity to make us feel we were valued guests and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Aschraf for his above and beyond consideration and attention. He made sure we were hydrated and pointed in the right direction every day! When we ventured to the rooftop to catch the view even though the bar area was closed for the season, he showed up to take pictures of us. Our thanks to the rest of the staff as well - Alison, Christina, Leonardo, Luca, Luka, Madalena, Mina and Roberto Well done.

Service, Service, Service.

This is a really good hotel in an excellent location right across from the Ponte Vecchio so it’s in easy walking distance from everywhere you want to be. The room was nice—- major problem is a bathroom that is full of design but not functional in any way. Nice breakfast at the hotel next door. Real treasure is the absolutely wonderful service from everyone at the hotel. They helped us in any way you can think of, going out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t say enough about the staff.

La Dolce Vita! ❤️

I’m a loyalist! I will never stay in another Florentine Hotel again! What a phenomenal stay! We may be in Florence, but the warm friendly staff operates at a New York City pace. The location is INSANE - right on the corner of the river bank & Ponte Vecchio. Ready - they have these colored lights in the room. When I mentioned my favorite color was purple, both the light & orchards changed to purple! 😀 I seriously do not understand why this hotel is 4-stars, between the property & the amazing staff it should be 5-stars. Their sister properties are right next door or across the bridge - it’s the Lungarno Collection, owned by Ferragamo. This is the ONLY Hotel Group in Florence! ❤️
