You need a keycard to get any area which is nice. They made our bed and gave us clean towels everyday which was nice as well. Staff was super friendly. Then you for such a great experience.

We stayed here 4 nights and would have stayed more if we could have. The location is excellent and the rooms are amazing. Gunther was an amazing associate at the desk and helped us with anything that we needed. Highly recommend this location as it is extremely convenient to anything and everything in Florence. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful for views at night.

Great hotel room overall with spacious areas and amazing reinassance theme as well as view of the Duomo. Location is probably what justifies the pricing. Staff was very attentive particularily Navy. Would have appreciated more ammenities such as room service or help getting a taxi given the "luxury" level.
