Beautiful, spotless rooms enjoying a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Really friendly team, where nothing was too much trouble, including late checkout and help to get to the station. Highly recommend!

So the location of this property is top notch, and you realize you are basically in the center of everything. Every shop, restaurant, church, tattoo shop, cafe, whatever you want, you are in the center. The room was very nice and the water pressure in the shower was top notch. The only Issue we had was lack of air conditioning. They said because it was cold outside the air conditioner doesn’t work only the heater, which that made it a little rough to sleep because we sleep with cold AC is usually.

We had a wonderful stay at Firenze Al Duomo. Communication with the staff started about a week before our arrival, and from that very first message, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Their thoughtful follow-ups made our check-in and stay seamless. The location could not be better — just steps away from the Duomo and all major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet once inside. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s clear that every detail has been considered with care. Breakfast is served through their partnership with the Opera House Restaurant, which is an experience in itself — phenomenal food, elegant atmosphere, and just the perfect way to start a day in Florence. What truly sets this B&B apart is the staff. They are warm, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made our visit to Florence even more memorable. We highly recommend Firenze Al Duomo to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and welcoming stay in the very heart of the city. We will definitely return on our next trip to Florence!

We had the best stay! Everyone was welcoming and you feel like you’re staying in the Duomo. Gets a bit noisy but I would recommend this B&B to anyone!!

You really can’t beat the location! The view from our room was like a fairy tale, with the duomo directly across the street and the artists selling their paintings outside. Andrea was an excellent host, very attentive and helpful, and even got us a coveted dinner reservation for Florentine steak. The room itself was just quintessentially Florence, with the fresco on the ceiling and lush furnishings. The only downside to the room was the bathroom with no ceiling - just not much privacy, so make sure you’re really comfortable with your traveling companion! We were provided a voucher for breakfast off-site, so the location for that was not the most convenient, and we never did use the voucher. I would stay here again though and recommend, because the location and the stay were really wonderful!

The breakfast that was included was delicious and there were healthy options (avocado toast with smoked salmon and an egg was one option). The location of Firenze al Duomo can't be beat. It was perfect for walking to every notable place in the area and the Duomo right out the door! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely, one of the premium hotels to stay in the heart of Florence!

I could write an entire novel as to why this is the best place to stay for your visit to Florence. Andrea who manages the property was incredibly attentive, communicative, kind and knowledgeable about the area and the beautiful rooms and building you will stay in. The rooms themselves are truly pieces of art taken right out of a Tuscan fairytale. Breakfast was delicious and served by kind individuals right next door. Nothing beat walking amongst the crowded streets of the Duomo only to enter a quaint doorway to the side amongst other shops to your room overlooking the Duomo itself. We traveled for 2 weeks across Italy, staying in some 'notable' hotels, but, the Firenze al Duomo takes the cake amongst all the stays we had from Southern Capri to Northern Venice. Do yourself a favor and book this location, you will not be disappointed.

I think it is simply the best place to stay and explore this beautiful city. Rooms are very clean and recently renovated. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It is the place to stay if you want convenience, luxury and unbelievable location. Adrea will meet you by the door where taxi will bring you.

The Hospitality of this Hotel is next level. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They provided full service to our rooms, thought of everything we needed before we even had to ask. If there was anything we ever needed they had plenty of recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here, very close very close to the Duomo. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well, staying in place of history.

First of all, the location of this hotel is as central as it gets, right across from the Duomo, yet are also quiet from the noise of the very busy Piazza. The rooms are luxurious, very spacious and immaculately clean, and the hotel manager Andrea is extremely welcoming and helpful, ready with all sorts of advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Andrea was the perfect host and made our stay exceptional! He was so helpful with our questions. He met us down the street from the hotel to guide us when we first arrived. The room was fabulous- literally across from the Duomo! Music would play at night at a nearby restaurant that added to the ambience of the room.

The hotel manager Andrea was great! He helped us with booking a taxi, bringing us breakfast on days when we had to leave early before breakfast was served. He suggested restaurants, texted us train schedules, answered our questions throughout the day. Our flight was delayed, we arrived to the hotel at midnight, Andrea was there to meet us and explained all the details about the hotel. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. We will definitely return again in the future!
