Difficult finding where to go/check in. Luckily for us a couple had just checked in (with difficulty) and directed us where to go (third floor). Picture on website was not our room. A/C in room barely worked. Espresso machine in room was good (2 pods a day).

A perfect Florence base: La Torre del Cestello nails it. From arrival to checkout, everything was seamless. Roxy at reception set the tone - warm, efficient, and full of insider tips that turned good plans into great days. The room was spotless and comfortable, the property charming, and the location ideal: central enough for easy walks to the sights, yet peaceful at night. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and quiet..a nice size room and enjoyed the fresco on the cieling. Very walkable. It only took 15 min walk to the train station. We enjoyed the area, and the many dining options. The gelato shop by the river (around the corner) was great.

fillipo was so accommodating when our party arrived at 11pm to check in. morning staff was equally as accommodating and helpful when taxis or directions were needed. the room was very large with a beautiful view as pictured and the bathroom shower was great! would absolutely stay here again, thank you to the staff for making our girls trip memorable

This hotel was amazing! We were in a great part of Florence. The two women at the front desk were very helpful and called us taxi’s throughout the trip. They also were very welcoming as we came and went from the hotel.
