The night shift front desk clerk came knocking on my door after midnight and I’m alone so I didn’t answer. She used her keycard to barge in my room anyway and woke me up. Claimed she couldn’t find me in the system and I wasn’t supposed to be in this room. She said she would return to let me know but she didn’t return to apologize for her behavior and mistake.

Check in late and the place is a dump , staff were nice but the place should be closed , the sheets and covers were nasty , I laid out my coats to sleep on top of ! The bathroom toilet ran constantly, and I wouldn't dare sit on it , just one nasty place ,and the price was 106 $ should be free , use it for the homeless in my opinion , but then again They probably would refuse to stay in that filthy place ! There you have believe me or not

As I drove to the hotel i saw some suspicious men wondering around the cars at the parking lot. The neighbourhood itself does not seem safe. Now, the front desk personnel was very nice and accommodating, too bad she had to run to each room individually to open it with the key for people moving in, because they don’t have an electronic key system. First room she gave us smelled as if someone was smoking marijuana there. So obviously I asked for another room. Second room had cockroaches running all over as well as very loose/almost broken front door lock. I had to tell the front deal lady that I can’t imagine spending a night at the place with my kids, and even though the next hotel that I found was 50 min away, I drove there. I am sorry, but this place MUST be seriously renovated/upgraded/disinfected!

Garbage management and staff were terrible. The room was filthy, cockroach-infested, and the water coming out of both the toilet and sink was brown. We made a formal complaint and management blatantly lied, claiming they “do pest control” — clearly not true. If that’s the case, they should demand their money back from their pest control company because whatever they’re doing is not working. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

I will never come back to this place, bad smell everywhere, the rooms full of roaches that night i killed around 20 of them, a hole in the wall, the staff couldn’t gave me a key because the door didn’t work and ever time i needed to go out on my way back i needed to stop at the lobby so staff could go and open the door for me.

This place is a total 💩 place. The first room we had was flooded because they decided to defrost the refrigerator. We went back to get another room , and the attendant was nowhere to be found for ten minutes. She Was off doing laundry. The second room, she let us in using a master key. If we left, we could not get back in unless she opened it again. The outside was loaded with garbage in the common areas and smelled of urine exhausted from a long trip. We just coughed it up. And I went to bed and then realized there was no soap or anything in the room.The breakfast was horrible week, coffee with cremora and waffles.That's it, pay the extra money and stay at some place.That's not as horrible as disk

This is the worst motel I've ever seen. Couldn't stay in there for more than two minutes without infestation of bed bugs in our clothes blankets and pillows. We were offered a room without a key. That's right no key. How the heck are we supposed to leave in get back in. Expedia should immediately remove this place from showing up on searches. It is a disgrace to open up a room of bed bugs to a traveling family after 8 hours of traveling. Waste of time, money, and planning. We did not receive our refund and this red roof inn should close before ruining other travelers lives

“Non-smoking” room smelled like smoke, Knob missing from bathroom sink, Water damage on floor, Stains and patches on walls, Floor made my feet so dirty I left muddy footprints in the shower, A floor mat was provided in place of a bath towel, Breakfast was “make your own waffle” station, which was a nice idea, but had no plates, utensils, or napkins; alternately there was dry cereal but no milk or spoons provide. On the positive side, the ladies at the front desk were nice, and there were no bugs in the room, that I could see.
