Staff was very nice and accomadating even though i came past check in time they waited back to let me in and even came back after to let in those who came in late very polite and nice staff even when being yelled at.

A block from the Duomo and our host was so kind. Would have preferred a little earlier breakfast than 8:30 but easy, safe walk from train station and accessible to everything.

This is a great location in Florence nothing could be better. The owners are excellent and very friendly/helpful. I would highly recommend.

Location and room to breathe

My girlfriend and I had a really nice stay here. Location is second to none. The room and bathroom were spacious. Even had a nice sized shower. I would certainly stay here again easily.

This bouquet B&B is located only 3 minutes from the Dome. The room though it's small, it's very clean and equipped well like a real hotel. The staff/owner are very friendly, helping us with the luggage and making cappuccino for us in the morning. We had a very pleasant stay.

Outstanding value and hospitality.

Getting to the hotel was not so easy but the lady who owned the hotel was extremely helpful in several ways and i would recommend it to anybody. The room for the price was great and very nice even at a higher price. Go there.

The staff is amazing - very helpful and friendly. We left a wallet in the room, and they immediately Fedex'd it to us in the US. The location is amazing, almost impossible to be better. Being that close to the Duomo, we feared noise, but it was fine. We slept very well.

Great location!

We were in the hub of of Florence! There was a restaurant right next door. My only issue is I had a very large/heavy suitcase and there was not a lift. But the owner helped me take it up to our room!

A short break in Florence

A wonderful 4 bedroom pension a stone’s throw from the Duomo. Very friendly and helpful staff too. It was a pleasure to stay here, we’ll be back!

0verall good stay. Location is great. Three minutes from Duomo. It was somewhat difficult to find the first time because there is no sign on the door.

Pleasant hotel excellent location

!/2 block from the Duomo, easy walk to central locations. Good breakfast. Ricardo very helpful. Proprietor of restaurant below also very kind and helpful. A pleasant stay

Very noisy and not comfortable

Front desk staff were very friendly and very professional. However, the hotel and the room were situated off an alleyway and above a pizza bar where the music bass was loud. During the night, the noises from the streets were disruptive and very loud. Could not sleep through the night. Location is great for museums and shopping and not far from the train station. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights and found it to be great. It's a 10min walk from the train station and a 30second walk from the cathedral, very central. It was next to a restaurant so you feel safe enough when arriving late at night. It's on the first level so not too many stairs (the lift is currently out of action). The breakfast is good, has gluten free options and the ladies were friendly and accomodating buying soya and rice milk so we could have a cappuccino in the morning. Another positive is that the wifi is great and works in all rooms :)
