Beautiful stay! Spacious rooms and extremely clean. Friendly staff A bit outside of the main city, but walkable distance to bus and metro stations. Kitchen is equipped enough for a large family. Very modern accommodation and great location. A little distance from the center of town but 2 minutes from the US consulate and great area to walk around. Canal is 2 minutes away they have a taxi service that is never more than a few minutes away. Honestly the nicest staff ever so helpful and passionate about thir city. I would stay here every time i come to Florance!

Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Florence! The room was absolutely amazing — spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, and you can tell the property is very well maintained. The concierge staff was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They even left me a birthday card and a sweet birthday treat in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay feel extra special. I truly loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. We can’t wait to come back!
