The house and pool were impeccably cleaned. Plenty of linens and towels. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and extremely close to all the restaurants and entertainment downtown. We loved it so much we already booked for next summer. Highly recommend

Simply amazing property

I have nothing but good things to say about this property! I would definitely stay again! My husband and I took our 3 children and daughter’s best friend ages 21x2, 19,13 for a pre Christmas getaway! The house was perfect. The pictures don’t do the size justice! Having 3 levels were perfect to give everyone space and their own rooms. The kitchen/living room open concept leading to the pool and grill was great! The walk to the beach was so easy and the hose provided all the essentials along with a beach cart to lug our daily beach paraphernalia! There are plenty of place to eat and drink nearby with such a short walk we could all come and go as we please. The communication between the property manager was phenomenal!

Very nice villa ideally located

Property was well furnished and maintained and also very close to the town’s bars and restaurants. Communication with the agent was good when needed through Wattsapp. The villa had four good double bedrooms so would sleep 8 comfortably. A point to note though is that pool and rear garden are on the smaller side so may not suit a larger party

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of four with the grand parents. Location is walking distance from restaurants, groceries and beach. Location is amazing. Only real issue I had with rental is having to do so much for cleaning before leaving after vacation was over I thought that was included in the rental. Pots and pans can also be upgraded a bit.

Great location and perfect house!

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 adult children along with their 3 friends. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants as well in walking distance. The pool is small but still worked out perfectly for us. If I could do anything over I would have added cleaning service at least once or twice. The vacuum they had didn’t pick up any dirt so I had to try and use the small vac. Also the frying pans could used replaced as they were in pretty warn out shape. My only other complaint is the master bedroom was always hot due to the sun beating in. I kept the blinds and curtain closed and that helped a little. These are minor things I would complain about. We would stay here again. Everyone loved the place and the location.

Great Property in a convenient location

This is a spacious and immaculately maintained property. The home has great ammenities, lots of natural light, and is conveniently located near beachside restaurants, shops, and attractions. While it is close to attractions, it also accomplishes a sense of privacy, including a private backyard area with a nice swimming pool. The property is professionally managed and the team was very responsive and accomodating with any questions or needs. I'd highly recommend this property.

Great location

We loved staying at Fort Launderdale By The Sea. The home was walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, the pier and the beach. The layout of the home was perfect for two families. We had a few maintenance issues, and I’m confident the manager would have fixed them if we had reached out since they had incredible communication the entire time, but we chose to either fix them ourselves or ignore them while we used the space because it wasn’t too big of a deal. We did let them know the issues when we were checking out so they’d have the chance to fix them before the next guest. All in all, we’d definitely return.

Awesome Property and Location
